These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at ufq.ae (the “Website”), operated by UFQ Tech, a brand of UFQ Altaqaneiya Computer Trading LLC (“UFQ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about UFQ’s technology distribution, supply and procurement services and enables businesses to submit inquiries and requests for quotation. The Website is intended for business and professional use.

Quotations are prepared on a case-by-case basis following a request and remain valid only for the period and on the conditions stated therein.

You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant UFQ a limited right to use it solely to review, process and respond to your request. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
